1. General. These terms apply to your use of ridebuddypets.com and to any purchase you make from RideBuddy Pets. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products. Many of the products we sell are made and shipped by independent partner brands. We describe products as accurately as possible using information provided by those brands. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Use and safety. Pet travel accessories are designed for comfort and convenience. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, choose the correct size for your pet, and never leave your pet unattended in a vehicle. Products sold on this site are not crash-tested restraints unless the product page specifically says so.

4. Prices and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is updated from our partner brands, but an item may occasionally sell out after you order. If that happens, we will notify you and refund that item.

5. Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

7. Taxes. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

9. Intellectual property. The RideBuddy Pets name, logo and original site content belong to RideBuddy Pets. Product names, images and trademarks of partner brands belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, RideBuddy Pets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
